Anyone else going to be playing? Found out yesterday that my guild will be on Sith Wyrm (playing Empire), so you'll probably find me there most nights for the next...well, who knows how long. :geek:

Played the Beta. Like the game but need to improve my computer before I get the game. Someday I'll maybe check out your guild. 8-)

17 hours of classes. 5 hours at 4XX level classes. 9 hours at 5XX level classes. Guess how many MMOs I'm gonna try this semester.

12 hours of 5XX and 4 hours of 4XX level for me... oh, and there is a two hour round trip commute in there and my psychological need to work out every day since I started on Fitocracy... which btw, is this website that gives you quests and achievements for workouts and lets you get experience points and level up... ie the perfect design to create compulsive gym rats out of the same people that probably are reading this thread. I recommend it highly if you want to get in shape, or even if you already are in shape (cue "Sexy and I know it")

... so yes, too busy for the game... plus I am still bitter that they had to make it an MMO instead of just another classic KOTOR, which would have been AMAZING

Because that's gone extremely well for the Call of Duty series?

I mean i know why they did it, that is where the money is, but i still replay the original KOTOR every now and then... that game was amazing. so yeah, I am bummed that they had to go whore themselves out instead of giving the pure experience. KOTOR still makes Dragon Age look like crap, and that game sold millions.

I don't think you would be disappointed with the storyline aspect of SWTOR. Very engaging for all of the classes I've played so far. And it's extremely playable solo or duo. I have no doubt I will cancel once I get all of my characters that I want to play to 50, but it will have been well worth the time/money to get there. ;)

If you say so... I have fallen victim to the addiction of MMO's before, so I won't be playing this one. Which sucks, because I love the series so much

Yeah, I feel your pain there about MMO addiction. Fortunately for me, I hate raiding. So it's rare that endgame stuff ever keeps me interested enough to keep playing. Unless they start some decent open-world PVP battlegrounds, I will probably be looking to something new in a month or two.
